AI Automation
Workflows, pipelines, and integrations that run themselves. We wire your tools together and automate the repetitive work, so your team spends its hours on the work that matters.
In short
We wire your tools together and automate the repetitive work, workflows, pipelines, and integrations that run themselves.
Most automations ship in 1–4 weeks; larger operations overhauls in 4–8 weeks.
Who it's for
Founders and ops teams drowning in manual work: copying data between tools, chasing leads by hand, assembling the same reports every week. If a process is repetitive and rule-based, it's a candidate.
Problems we solve
- Your team copies the same data between tools every day
- Leads, invoices, or requests fall through the cracks
- Reports are assembled by hand, every single week
- Your tools don't talk to each other, so people do it for them
What you get
Deliverables, not promises.
- A map of your current workflows and what to automate first, ranked by payoff
- Automated pipelines connecting your existing tools
- Monitoring and alerting, so you know the moment a flow fails
- Documentation and a handover session, so your team can extend what we build
How we work
No black boxes.
01
Audit
We map how work actually moves through your team and rank automations by payoff.
02
Design
Each flow is specced before it's built: triggers, edge cases, and what happens when something fails.
03
Build
We ship automations incrementally, highest payoff first, so value lands in week one.
04
Monitor & hand over
Alerting on failures, documentation, and a walkthrough so your team owns the system.
Technologies
Timeframe
Most automations ship in 1–4 weeks; larger operations overhauls in 4–8 weeks.
Questions
Asked often, answered plainly.
What's the difference between AI automation and an AI agent?
Automation follows a fixed path: when X happens, do Y. Fast, predictable, cheap to run. An agent reasons about what to do next, which suits open-ended work like research or triage. Most businesses should automate the predictable work first and add agents where judgment is actually needed.
Which tools can you connect?
Almost anything with an API: CRMs, spreadsheets, email, Slack, payment providers, and custom internal systems. If a tool has no API, we can usually reach it through webhooks, email parsing, or a thin scraper as a last resort.
Do we need to change our stack?
No. Automation sits on top of the tools you already use. The point is making your current stack behave like one system, not selling you a new one.
What happens when an automation breaks?
Every flow we ship includes failure alerting, so you find out from a notification, not from a customer. Most breaks are expired credentials or a changed API, usually fixed in minutes.
