The problem
man | made needed more than a standard apparel store. The site had to make every drop feel like a chapter while giving customers clear pre-order, payment, and delivery information. Behind it, one owner needed to publish products and run daily operations without a separate stack of tools.
Constraints
The experience had to stay cinematic and mobile-first while handling Indonesian commerce in IDR. That meant QRIS and virtual-account payments, JNE and J&T delivery, server-side pricing and payment checks, and an admin one person could operate.
What Trace built
A Vite and React storefront with a custom Supabase admin. Its Brutalist Archive design turns drops into Volumes and garments into story pages. The same system handles pre-orders, waitlists, checkout, customer accounts, Midtrans payments, Biteship shipping, email, promotions, order tracking, reporting, and production.

Outcome
man | made now runs on one system from discovery to delivery. Customers can explore a Volume, secure a piece, pay, and track shipping. The owner can publish drops, manage stock and promotions, process orders, book couriers, print labels, and track profit from one admin.
